We currently do not offer refunds on returns but we can exchange it for another item or for store credit. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit you must:

1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Fill in the returns form. Download it here.
3. Return the item to us with a tracking # under these conditions:
- item is not worn
- item is in original packaging
- labels and hangtags still attached to item
- return slip with return number is printed and sent with item

Please note that the return cost will be your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty. Do keep your postage receipts and tracking #s on you in case we will need it. We will not be responsible if packages are lost or damaged on the way so we suggest that your return is packed properly.

Please email us at should you need to process a return and make sure you have your Order # so we can process this as quickly as possible. We aim to process these issues within 7 working days.
