RETURN POLICY
RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY:
Our return and exchange policy is for 14 days after order receipt. After 14 days of your package being postmarked as "delivered", it is no longer eligible for refund/exchange/store credit.
We provide free returns for orders within USA through our Returns Center. You must submit your request within 14 days of the package being delivered.
All exchanges will incur an additional postage fee to ship the new item.
All returns for a refund will incur a $10 re-stocking fee.
If you choose store credit, you will receive a 100% credit of the paid product in the form of a discount code that you can use within 365 days.

To be eligible for return, exchange or store credit please make sure:
All item must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition you received it and folded and packed in the original packaging.
We cannot accept any returns if hang tags are detached or hygiene stickers are missing.
Please do note that FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange.
For orders placed in the months placed of December and January, you can exchange or receive a refund or store credit within 45 days of receiving your order.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGE
If you are returning or exchanging an order from outside of USA you can use the returns center to request a Returns Form. Please note that you will have to pay the postage to return the item to our warehouse. Do ensure you fill up the returns form and place it inside your package. We also recommend getting a shipping courier with a tracking number since we will not be responsible for any lost packages in transit.
IITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT:
- All final sale items
- Gift Cards
- Items that are soiled and not returned in its original condition
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact us within the 5 days of your package being postmarked as delivered so that we can further assist you at hello@thisisalovesong.com
REFUND INFORMATION
We process refunds after we receive the item in our warehouse and it has passed inspection. If your item has passed inspection we will refund the original payment form within 14 business days. Please reach out to hello@thisislovesong.com for further questions or if you haven’t received your refund.
