Your order will ship from our warehouse in USA or from our ethical studio in Bali, Indonesia. For orders that require split shipment, you will be charged one shipping price but maybe provided with two tracking numbers.

We ship between business hours on monday to friday.
We don't ship on general public holidays.

In stock items will ship within 3 business days and preorder items can take up to 5 business days before we pack and ship. If you are unsure whether the item is in stock, please send us an enquiry through our live chat to confirm.

Custom laws vary and we suggest that you check with your local customs office if import fees apply. We do not cover any local custom fees that may apply upon international delivers.

Any undelivered packages that has to be resent back to our fulfillment center for re-delivery customer will be responsible for the extra shipping cost.
