Show Up and Love Yourself (ShowUpSeries 2018)

Posted on

Through thick and thin, the one that will always be with you is yourself, for life. And just like any other relationship, it takes continuous work to keep healthy and happy physically and mentally. That's why we found it very important to join the Show Up Series at their event at Kim Sing Theatre to discuss mental health and how we can practice more self love. A special thanks to Brittany Potter for setting up this event all by herself!
