Complex Con 2017

· · Comments

This past weekend, November 4th and 5th, we had the pleasure of being a part of the second ever ComplexCon.

It is a curated two day brand convention and music festival. ComplexCon 2017 was hosted by Complex Networks, the youth culture media company, and ReedPOP, a boutique group within Reed Exhibitions and producers of New York Comic Con and fashion trade show Agenda. This event was put together by Takashi Murakami, Pharrell Williams and several other creatives. The convention was a mixture of art, music, food, and fashion.

Throughout the weekend, there was not a dull moment, with A-list celebrity spotting and musical performances. Every booth was filled with unique and exclusive streetwear, fashion collections, art, accessories, and all-around inspiring creativity. Some of the bad ass women who showed up to our booth were: Kami Osman, Sita Abellan, Beija Velez, Bia, Momo, Madison Sky, Paloma Ford, and Haruna Yokota.

The TIALS Team Collaborated with Phil America and Ginger Q to come up with this wonderful all pink neon booth featuring the MIA Lyric, "Bad Girls Do It Well".

Our Queen B checking out how selfie-worthy the booth was during construction.

Over the course of two days, we got to see familiar people and meet tons of new people. Everyone who showed up helped us convey the message of female empowerment by sharing images of our booth and shopping.
